The Aftermarket Sales Engineer duties shall include but not be limited to the following:
- Establish contacts and maintain long-term relationship with customers
- Reviewing inquiries from client base and identifying the parts to be offered
- Providing quotations with price, lead time, and payment terms, for spare parts in an efficient and responsive manner.
- Following up quotations (sales planning) proactively to secure the business for the company
- Preparing spare parts lists for new capital equipment, and pursuing and tracking the capture of this aftermarket business
- Analysing quotation success rate regularly, and providing reports as necessary to management

- Mapping of machine population and service activities
- Increase of customer shares and satisfaction
- Safeguarding of customer service at the expected level
- Effectively promote our core objective "First in Mind - First in Choice"
