We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media & Operations Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the business and operations teams. This role will have additional responsibilities of managing the operations aspect of our business.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

• Define most important social media KPIs in conjunction with the business strategy

• Manage and oversee social media campaigns with eye-catching digital contents

• Storytelling through social media content, updating our pages, responding to followers, and tracking user engagement

• Measure the success of every social media campaign

• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

• Work with designers to ensure ads are informative and appealing

• Collaborate with business and operations teams

• Monitor Google Analytics

• Keep the promotional and product contents up to date on our website and App

• Help social media visitors navigate our website and App for order placement

Operations Management:

• Coordinate with our operations teams to ensure all orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner and provide real-time updates to the customers

• Build and manage reports and relevant data for our orders and customers; and store the data at a centralized place

• Follow up with customers to seek their feedback

• Get customers to review our brand/services on our social media accounts

• Upload and update shopify websites with new products and pricing

• Manage orders being received from different channels and ensures they are processed and fulfilled.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or relevant field

• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook/Messenger, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google and other social media best practices

• Knowledge of design programs such as InDesign/Photoshop is a plus

• Understanding of web traffic metrics using Google Analytics

• Solid knowledge of keyword research and SOE

• Good understanding of social media KPIs

• Analytical, creative and innovative

• Critical thinker, Team player and problem-solving skills

• Great interpersonal, presentation, writing and communication skills

• In depth knowledge of dark post & geo targeting techniques

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking capabilities

• Fluent in English both spoken & written
