We are looking for a love of women's bags and women's shoe e-commerce operation experts, you will be responsible for the company's women's bags and women's shoes category operations, including but not limited to:

1, women's shoes and women's bags category market in-depth research and analysis, targeted development of operational strategies.

2 Responsible for the overall operation and daily management of the online store, including online store overall planning, decoration, marketing, promotion (Facebook, etc.), customer relationship management, and other systematic operational work.

3 Familiar with the e-commerce platform, product sorting, store operation and other operating rules, planning and execution of various activities in the online store planning and registration, the development of annual and monthly plans and implementation, to complete the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

4 Responsible for store data, sales data statistics and analysis, weekly operational data (marketing data, transaction data, product management, customer management), analysis of daily products, customers and marketing data and other operations, to explore the hidden problems, combined with the store and sales optimization program.

5 Responsible for the cooperation management of merchants and suppliers, coordination of resources and personnel, and customer service, logistics, product, and other personnel to communicate regularly.

6 Maintain and improve the platform reputation and sales, promote and publicize the platform store, and improve brand exposure.

Requirements:

1 fluent in English, cultural tolerance, can work with foreigners, strong psychological quality.

2 basic Chinese ability is preferred, and female fashion enthusiasts are preferred.
