We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Operations to oversee and manage all aspects of our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the BPO industry, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational objectives and drive business growth.
Lead and manage a large team of operations managers, team leaders, and customer service representatives.
Experienced and well-versed in managing and handling large tele sales teams
Drive operational efficiency and process improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the operations team to drive performance and achieve targets.
