We’re looking for a results-driven Business development officer to help take our client engagement to the next level.This role is ideal for someone who understands the pulse of the market, thrives on conversations that turn leads into loyal clients, and wants to grow within a firm committed to excellence in brokerage services.
What You’ll Do:Make daily outbound calls to qualified leads from our CRM
Educate prospects on the value and opportunities in commodity and stock trading
Clearly articulate our firm’s brokerage advantages: low spreads, rapid execution, strong support
Build trust-based relationships with clients and assess their investment goals
Drive account activation and achieve monthly sales KPIs
Maintain clear and organized records of all client interactions
Proven sales experience (finance, brokerage, or trading industry or any service industry preferred)
Solid knowledge of forex and international or local stocks e.g., PSX
Outstanding phone communication and closing skills
Track record of converting leads into revenue-generating accounts
Ability to explain complex investment strategies in simple terms
Fluency in English (multilingual is a plus)
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Willingness to participate in daily sales meetings for goal setting, performance review, and team updates
Performance-based commissions with no cap
