• Supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. 
  • Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Overseeing all operations and business activities ( other than Finance & Business Development) to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Work closely with peers to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return.
  • Assign special duties to the senior management members (apart from their prescribed duties) to get operation running in a smooth way.
  • Administer the affairs, funds and resources.
  • Make, draw, endorse, accept, negotiable and give instructions regarding all the operational plans.
  • Ensure organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation.
  • Specifies accountabilities for management personnel and evaluates performance regularly.
  • Enhance the company’s cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective.
  • Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
  • Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
  • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.

Specifications:

  • Min 12~15 years of experience in highly structured and systems driven companies in Operation & Supply Chain functions. 
  • Proven track record of business turnaround & business diversification.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement plans, strategies, presentations and proposals.
  • Good expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • Persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions.
  • Excellent people management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Possess relevant IT skills in basic MS Office applications - outlook, excel, word in particular.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and HR etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
