Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of skilled software developers to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, leveraging your expertise in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and Python (Django). Ensure the team's adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. Effectively manage resources, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining high quality.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration within the team and across departments. Interface with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability. Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to deliver robust and reliable software solutions.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges and bottlenecks in the development process. Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and ensure successful delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Drive process improvements and innovation within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with expertise in frontend technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and Python (Django).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
