Business Development Executive

BizStudio is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms proficiency to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in the B2B and B2C markets, as well as experience in utilizing Upwork as a business development tool.

Responsibilities:

Find and reach out to potential clients via various channels using Upwork or LinkedIn
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on Upwork
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients
Collaborate with other team members to develop proposals and pitches
Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

Successful business development experience, with a proven track record of success
Proficient in using Upwork as a business development tool
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
