Preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, IGP, OGP and GRN in procurement module.
Providing assistance to senior purchase executive in preparing procurement documents.
Maintaining stock of Tea, pantry, stationery and other assets.
Receiving of materials as per requisitions.
Preparing Inward Gate Pass / GRN, manually and through procurement software.
Entry of Goods / material / assets in Stock Register.
Generating Asset’s Codes and pasting them before issuance.
Prepare Store Issue Note through software.
Making entry of stocked out and preparing Store Issue Notes.
Maintaining Stock / Balances of materials.
Maintaining list of assets on Group Level.
Issuance, movement, recording and tagging to assets to be maintained.
Keeping record of Faulty / Dead Assets and preparing respective documents.
Preparing Monthly Reports of Inventory purchased, issued, moved and dead/faulty.
Any other task to be assigned by HOD
