Property Portal is looking for an experienced property Manager to join their team at corporate office.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of market prices with an eye on the real estate happenings.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of local real estate market and updates on current property listings.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties, residential projects, and their publications on different forums.
  • Supervise team of field officers and evaluate their performance
  • Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to sales department.
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
  • To keep an eye on competitor’s real estate strategies of marketing to increase overall sales
  • Design business plans for assigned properties of their zone.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as property manager with successful sales history
  • Understanding of property management and its financial aspects
  • In depth knowledge about all rules and regulations of property management
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Meeting Sales Goals
