Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Generate and distribute sales reports and performance metrics.
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments such as logistics and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Track order status and communicate updates to customers and the sales team.
- Prepare materials and logistics for sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide product information and pricing to customers as requested.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain product information and quotes.
Qualification: MBA/BBA (Marketing)
Experience: Fresh to 2 years
