We are looking for an outstanding Sales Coordinator/Front Desk Officer for our retail studio in DHA, Phase 8
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support sales operations in Karachi.
- Focus on cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Deal with walk-in clients.
- Have an excellent knowledge about company products and services.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Qualify leads and follow up to materialize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of home interior industry is a plus.
