We are actively seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong expertise in the IT industry particularly within Managed Service Provider (MSP) frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in business development showcasing in-depth knowledge of staff augmentation practices and a keen understanding of MSP IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will have the key responsibilities of
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire international clients for our Managed IT Services which include cloud services, database management, networking, and IT staffing.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Devise and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand our global client base.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling and tailored proposals for clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with international clients.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, client interactions, and market insights.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3 to 4 years of experience in business development within a software house.
  • Proven track record of successful client acquisition
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of key software technologies
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
