We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team having a strong background in Japanese & Chines cuisine. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing food service, and ensuring high-quality culinary offerings. If you have a strong background in food service management and a passion for creating delicious dishes, we would love to hear from you. Must have experience with Chinese cuisine.

Responsibilities: -

Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation .
Create and develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. 
Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality of all dishes served.
Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies. 
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 
Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor food quality and consistency to maintain high standards .
Implement efficient kitchen processes to optimize productivity .
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold the standards of excellence.

Skills: 

Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a kitchen management role .
Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality and creativity .
Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices .
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively .
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team .
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills .
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
