Job Description:
CueNine Hubs is looking for young and energetic call center agents for their international campaign for the position of Customer Support Representatives, who can work with us on long term basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide productive information to the International Clients.
- Can generate leads accordingly.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Process orders, forms, and application.
- Document all call information according to SOP's.
Requirements:-
- Must be Graduate / Masters / O levels
- Experienced in the field of International calling for 2-3 years.
- Excellent communication skills with good listening.
- Should possess good command on internet searching.
- Freshers with good English are also encourage to apply.
