• Prepare lesson plans before each class. The lesson plan must be as per the format provided by SEP. Maintain a file of lesson plans that includes all the lesson plans according to different levels.
  • For all the lesson plans and delivery of lessons, strictly follow the outline provided by SEP.
  • Conduct the sessions as per assigned schedule.
  • Mark the attendance during the class and inform SEP admin or coordinator about the students absent for 2 days.
  • Do not allow any student in class who has come after an uninformed day off. Send them to admin office for a permission.
  • Be in touch with absent student by WhatsApp, call or text. Keep a record of call campaign.
  • Reach SEP at least before 20 minutes of your class time and get your classroom ready with the help of office boy. Seating arrangement is trainer’s responsibility. However, SEP office boy is responsible for dusting off the chairs and tables, cleaning the floor, etc.
  • Prepare material and activity that is required for practice of students and if necessary, get it printed before the class. The admin will help you with printing jobs.
  • Prepare Day-wise Distribution for all classes of the whole week on Saturday and share it with your head. The plans must include the goals and topics as per days, timings, levels and batches.
  • Assign and check homework. Based on homework, check the progress, consistency and regularity of students.
  • Identify students with special requirements, create individualized plans and implement in the classes and ensure improvement.
  • Design midlevel and final assessment papers, conduct written and spoken assessments in classes, mark them and submit the results to your head. The results must be prepared as per the format of SEP.
  • The assessment results must be submitted within 2 days after the test. Strictly follow the SEP result format for the results of all the levels.
  • Provide feedback to the coordinator and head on behavior and performance of students.
  • Arrange different activities for the improvement of students’ skills, i.e., roleplays, speech contests, writing competitions, etc.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience.
