We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Project Manager – AI Team Leader to guide cross-functional AI/ML teams in delivering high-impact projects. This role blends project management expertise with a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies to ensure timely, strategic delivery of innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of AI and ML projects.
Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables.
Track progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and researchers.
Foster collaboration between product, engineering, and data science teams.
Technical Oversight:
Understand AI/ML workflows (e.g., data pipelines, model training, deployment) to facilitate informed decision-making.
Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate clearly with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Prepare and present project updates, risk analyses, and post-mortem reports.
Agile/Lean Practices:
Implement Agile or hybrid methodologies tailored to AI development cycles.
Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure best practices in AI ethics, model governance, and reproducibility.
Coordinate with data privacy and legal teams when handling sensitive data.
