The role is for a delivery Lead who would be responsible for ensuring the delivery of all projects from the offshore center.

Your role would be to create a team around the project and ensure the delivery of the assigned project.
You will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of the project within the assigned/planned budget.
The role will be responsible for the execution of multiple projects in areas like Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Data Science, etc.
Moreover, the secondary role would be to engage in business development and work on multiple presales opportunities as well as on customer presentations.
You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate and coordinate the technical and commercial activities with the project managers as well as coordinate activities directly with customers.
The role also requires foreseeing multiple project teams.

Responsibilities include:

Manage both client and internal project teams on long term implementation projects
Trigger and execute quality checks (milestone reviews, quality assessments, etc.).
Break-down projects into specific work packages and estimate required effort to define necessary resources and create price indications and quotes for customers.
Coordinate and lead multi-discipline technical project teams, discuss technical and commercial open items with customers.
Develop project proposals with new customers and act as lead contact for commercial offers (price indications, quotes) to customers.
Giving pre-sales presentations to prospective customers
Requirements management, project cost and controlling commercial viability, and results of assigned projects.
Maintain a global list of open items, create and distribute meeting minutes for internal and external meetings.
The position will involve up to 15% domestic/international travel to support customer meetings and/or project team offsite activities.
Help in identifying and hiring the right resources

Qualifications

Preferred:

Understanding of Telecom / Financial / Manufacturing Industries.
Sharp attention to detail and polished organization skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude for presenting topics to all organizational levels.
