  • Ensuring the hiring of employees as per R&S policy and SOP’s.
  • Providing the requisition form to line managers in case of New hiring/ replacement of employee.
  • Ensuring that JD of requested position is updated by reporting authorities of requested position.
  • Publishing/ advertising the vacant positions on relevant portals, networks and websites.
  • Sourcing/ screening and shortlisting candidates for the vacant positions through various sources.
  • Conducting the initial telephonic interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Scheduling the interviews of candidates as per availability of the management and coordinating with candidates for follow-up or queries.
  • Assist the AM-HR and Manager-HR in conducting the interviews of candidates.
  • Preparing and processing offer letters, contract letters, joining reports and JD’s of hired employees.
  • Conducting the reference check of the hired staff.
  • Assist the Manager-HR and AM-HR in conducting the orientation of hired staff.
  • Preparing the welcome note for new inductees.
  • Preparing the monthly hiring summary and maintain the documents of the hired staff.
  • Acquiring the performance remarks of new hired staff from their reporting authorities at the month-end before CEO’s approval of appointment.
