Primary Objectives, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interviews potential candidates for initial screening and testing
Maintains departmental key performance indicators
Experienced with call center agents bulk recruitment
Reviews CVs and checks eligibility along with verifying referral
Arranges and schedules interviews after pre-screening
Tracks and identifies prospective candidates using various channels
Assesses candidates to ensure qualification; cultural fit, compatibility & linguistics
Maintains and updates records of recruitments related documentation
Facilitates the interview and selection process.
Has working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office.
Uses various mediums such as traditional & social media for recruitment when required.

Education/Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Additional Professional courses would be preferred
Multi-task and learn and communicate a vast array of information
Prioritize workload and deliver against requested projects on time.
Be continuously updated with industry practices and standards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English.
Must possess strong analytical & negotiation skills
Proven Track record of leading change, driving performance, and reducing operational defects.
Decision Making; make important decisions in a timely and effective manner
