• The applicant selected for this opening will be conducting site visits as per daily planned leads.
• Following up with clients for deals maturation/healthy relationship management (and keeping them updated on their chosen property concerns)
• Renegotiating property prices with buyers where needed,
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding a client base while aptly fulfilling the needs of existing clients.
• Working with the team to achieve Business Development targets of region and delivering on KPIs.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Provide support in accurately maintaining the company CRM system, completing visit reports on behalf of the team and providing management information and reports, as required.
