Requirements:

Should have strong networking knowledge with clarity of TCP/IP model and network protocols IS-IS, BGP, OSPF, MPLS and EIGRP.
Should have worked on Network monitoring system and have in-depth knowledge of fault rectification and root cause analysis
Should be familiar with Telecom service provider working architecture of OSS
Must have an understanding of virtualization architecture
Must have worked on reporting and analytics tools
Must have worked on distributed applications having knowledge of Tomcat servers, Backends and custom collectors
Must be familiar with Big Data architecture and data pipelines
Must have deployed and upgraded applications
Have conducted POC/POV in customer facing environment and have addressed the pain points of customer
Understanding of database design, SQL concepts
Should be hands-on on Red Hat Linux having knowledge of shell scripts and directory structure
Must have previous experience of managing a team in a 24/7 operational environment
Should have experience of tracking and documenting issues and compiling incident reports

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
