About the Job:

Discover Pakistan is producing the best international standard content which is not time bound and can be the best earning source at digital landscape. In order to achieve desired digital targets we are searching for highly disciplined high achiever with proven records of leading digital team and achieving subscription, followers and revenue targets. The applicant must have hands on experience in taking YouTube channel to new heights through organic as well as through high tech tools provided by YouTube and other means.

Required Skills:

1- Have experience in Building and running a YouTube channel from the ground up.

2- Build and execute a YouTube strategy to maximize organic growth on the platform.

3- Optimize videos for Search, Browse, and Suggested video traffic.

4- Good Grip on YouTube monetization & CPM, Ad rolls & Ad Revenue.

5- Experience in Auditing existing channels to uncover short and long-term recommendations to improve audience engagement and growth metrics.

6- Knowledge of optimizing channel and video content via Titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, thumbnails, homepage, etc.

7- Content creation & Copywriting Skills.

8- Must have an experience in Planning and executing YouTube Advertising campaigns through Google Adwords.

9- Excellent knowledge of a handful of areas such as paid search and social, programmatic, marketing automation, lead generation, marketing funnels, AdWords, etc

10. Must have knowledge of Facebook monetisation, maximum reach , maximum engagement, maximum views and maximum earning.

11. Must also have knowledge of growth at other digital platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Insta, TickTok, Snack, LinkedIn etc.
