e-BizSoft is looking for an Application Developer for its Ecommerce / Odoo team at its Karachi Office.

Responsibilities:

Work on full life-cycle implementations, customizations, and integrations for Odoo ERP platform.
Work on implementations, integrations and customizations of mainstream ecommerce platforms including but not limited to WooCommerce and Magento.
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Implement and deploy modules and their customizations and integrations.
Project scoping, estimation, fit-gap analysis, testing, post-live training, and customer support.
Program solutions using WordPress, LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP) and Python.

Skills:

Ability to map & implement clients’ business requirements in accounting and ecommerce apps.
3+ years hands-on experience with ecommerce application development with integration to any financial accounting apps.
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or similar discipline. Strong core technical skills & experience that are required:
LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP)
Python
WordPress (including WP plugin development)
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX web development
MySQL DBMS maintenance and development
Skills that will be a plus:
WooCommerce
Odoo ERP
SEO / digital marketing
Other skills:
Strong object-oriented programming (OOP)
Problem solving
Research and development skills
Ability to quickly learn and work on new tools & technologies
Excellent written and oral communications with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, in a team environment
Proven capability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Project scoping, analysis, and estimation
