(Handsome Bonus every Lead) +Basic Salary
- At least 1 or 2 years of professional experience in residential (single and multi‐family) construction projects.
- Proficiency using a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and internet and Digital Lead Capture Portal.
- Strong organizational and Lead management skills and ability to follow through Digital Portal- Email- Messaging- and Client Face to Face meeting new Lead.
- Effective communication skills and ability to connect with people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Briefing New Lead Client Brand Information Package Information etc
- English and Urdu speaking
- Lead Data Record Management
- Planning Lead workloads
- Checking and prepare off new Project Contract / agreement
- Working with technical Members company Architects / Interior designers for drawings and plans how know,
