We are looking for a customer service position to provide support thought our ticket system to our customers in an efficient and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to requests for customer support
- Access to customers WordPress and FTP installations to troubleshoot the issue.
- Provide small CSS snippets for little customizations to our users.
- Beside the support job you will have a chance to work on the company projects
Requirements:
- Knowledge of company WordPress themes products (we provide you full documentation and training)
- Knowing how to solve problems of the users in a timely manner
- You speak fluent English and have grammar knowledge
- Ability to work independently
