We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outlet Salesperson with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or clothing retail. As a key member of our outlet team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the overall look and feel of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, providing expert styling advice and product knowledge.
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to overall store targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer transactions efficiently using POS systems.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and restocking.
- Support in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on product trends, features, and fashion industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in clothing or fashion brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Energetic, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
Preferred:
- Experience in outlet or multi-brand store environments.
- Familiarity with basic retail software (POS systems, inventory management tools).
- Passion for fashion and trends.
