Purpose of Job

Quality Assurance Resource is required with Test Automation skills

Job Responsibilities:

· Designing and writing clear test cases with clear test objectives.

· Ability to work with minimum requirements and update the requirements as needed. Requirements can be in any form such as traditional requirements or user stories.

· Reporting of test results clearly with accompanying artifacts as needed.

· Clearly identify defects in the defect logging system.

· Communicate testing progress and issues found.

· Organization skills of data, test cases, and issues

· Identifying and managing proactively the risks

· Attending the regular client calls and discussing the weekly status with the project leadership team

· Stay up-to-date with new tools and test strategies

· Eager to learn new systems and explore new products with analytical skills to identify problem areas in the software.

· Regression test products as new releases are introduced.

· Generating Test scripts in Selenium and TopTeam Analyst.

· Attending the regular client calls and discussing the weekly status with the project leadership team

Minimum Skills Required

· Minimum Bachelor degree on Computer sciences from a reputable institution.

· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

· A candidate for this position will have had at least 5 years of working experience in a quality assurance position within a business in a fast-paced and constantly evolving market.

· Will also have had experience in database testing in SQL inclusive of experience in the design and manipulation of test data and the validation of stored testing procedures.

· Strong knowledge on Test automation using Selenium with at least two years of hands on experience.

· Experience in generating test scripts using “TopTeam Analyst” will also be preferred.

· Writing and updating of QA processes and test cases

· English communication skills, both in written and verbal form are imperative

· Experience of working with US client is must

· US visit experience would be a plus
