Key Accounts Manager

Interaction with existing clients through phone, email, and chat. Providing satisfactory after-sales and key account management services. The individual would be required to constantly coordinate with project management team in order to update clients on changes & progress.

Candidate should be able to handle key clients with great precautionary measures, resolving technical issues and complaints.

Able to handle and monitor key accounts.
Timely following up with different clients, should be highly observant and attention to details.
Candidate must be able to use persuasive and convincing tone, to promote our services and business with exceptional in written communication along with good speaking and analytical skills.
Strong command over English Should be confident and open to learning.
Should be available to handle client queries remotely when required
Knowledge of design and web-development (preferred).
US or neutral accent. (preferred)
