- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
- Direct visitors to appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Ensure welcome area is tidy and presentable
- Perform other clerical duties such as receiving/sending mail, filing, photocopying.
- Pleasant personality
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or a similar role
- Customer Service attitude.
