Female should have a good personality. Must have a good in communication skills and English speaking.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often -controlling access to the manager/executive
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Should perform any other task given by the management.
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
