This is a full-time on-site role in Rawalpindi Near to DHA 2 for a Customer Service Representative. Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and tools is an advantage
