Nature of Job: Operations executive will play the crucial role of linking Marketing and Production department. His broader goal is to provide top-notch customer service and managing vendors while reporting to his manager about the activities.

1. Dealing with customer queries

2. Ensuring customer requests are fulfilled timely

3. Ensuring Products are timely delivered to the customers

4. Ensuring stock availability

5. Dealing with operational problems and suggesting solutions

6. Exploring new avenues for company growth

7. Ensuring all data remains up to date for managers

8. Following the systems in place and suggesting improvements

9. Providing weekly and monthly reports to manager

10. Completing operational tasks arising on daily basis and tasks given by manager
