One of our partners based in the USA is looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of E-Commerce Specialist. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. You will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans.

Roles and Responsibilities

Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
Enter client orders into our production software, NOMOS.
Works with clients to find solutions to order issues.
Communicates with the internal production team to keep clients' orders on track.
Manages eCommerce platform store creation, ordering, and inventory.
Works with the accounting department to ensure timely payments from customers.
Establish standards, protocols, and best practices for new product listings, for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
Collaborate closely with several departments (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.

Requirements

Practical experience operating and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
Understands marketing tactics, several top e-Commerce website builders, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
Understanding of numerous platforms and online sales methods that may be used to digital sales or website conversions.
Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies that can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
Familiarity with web design and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
BSc degree in a relevant field.

Note:

The candidate should be fluent in spoken English

This is a work from home job and the timing of this job will be from 7:00 PM till 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday).
