An international software technology firm with offices in Lahore, Karachi, Dubai and Miami is looking for motivated individuals to join its business team in Lahore.

Location: Lahore

Brief: We are looking for a technical sales consultant who will be key person in planning and implementing software sales strategies. He or she will also be responsible of bridging clients’ feedback/expectations with the development team by working closely with the clients (software demos, trainings, and provide technical support)   

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation,negotiating and closing 

• Understanding customer requirements through pragmatic research of user requirements by working closely with them.  

• Solution selling to build long-term relationships with customers while delivering short-term results

• Ensuring customer success on an ongoing basis through in-person meetings and through involvement of the appropriate departments (project management, support, customer success, engineering etc.)

• Develop technical and financial proposals for new prospects through collaboration with the technical teams

• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationship

• To strategize and execute business development activities including sales and partnerships 

Core Skills:  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for writing business emails and proposals

• Strong MS Excel skills and experience and analyzing business data (Comfort with spreadsheets and 

basic numerical analysis)

• Strong MS PowerPoint skills and ability to create and deliver presentations

• General comfort and familiarity with use of software

• Strong interest in technology, systems automation, and business process management

• Should be able to engage with corporate clients (both in Pakistan and internationally), writing 

proposals, making presentations, providing support, demos, and trainings to clients on how to use our software system.  

• This is a client facing role and requires a lot of people interaction, so introverted candidates will not

be suitable. But above all, we need individuals with good values and a positive attitude. 

• Ability to write and speak well-- specifically professional business communications, proposals, and business emails 

Qualifications and Experience:  

• Ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology and working for an enterprise technology firm engaged with large corporate sector clients. Candidates who are demonstrated self-motivated learners and eager to grow and take on responsibility will thrive.  

• An educational background in Computer Science, engineering, mathematics, finance, or economics will be preferable.  

Salary: 

PKR 100,000 – PKR 140,000 depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
