At least 5 years experience with Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from Recognized University

8 years of experience with DAE Civil

Well versed and documented experience as quantity surveyor, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, site supervision of buildings and large scale infrastructure projects including roads, buildings, public health, electrical and other facilities. In depth knowledge of construction process and Government Schedules Rates and Non-Schedules rates with rate analysis.

Strong command on computer software including AutoCAD, REVIT, 3d MAX, MS Office, etc. Able & willing to travel, strong Team player & carry out tasks assigned within strict timelines & meet targets.

Ability to work on strict timelines and excellent writing & communication skills. Good understanding of construction processes & able to skillfully deal with clients & contractors.

Quantity Calculations and Estimations
Prepare Bill of Quantite and Cost Estimates based on Government Schedules Rates and Non-Scheduled Rates
Site Visits and Resolution of on-site issues
Site Supervision
