Innovadel Technologies Limited, a UK based IT company, requires candidates having extensive experience of Outbound sales and marketing of IT products. Competitive basic salary + commission will be offered.

We require individual to do the followings;

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication and listening skills preferably in UK Accent
Excellent research skills on web search engines and other mediums.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Proven Managerial and organizational skills
Good knowledge about all the company's products and services
To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure

Specific Skills:

Selling Skills, Hubspot, International Business Exposure, Executive Presentation Skills, Client Acquisition, Solution Selling, Outbound Sales, Identifying Sales Opportunities, Client Follow-up,
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

This is a permanent job and timings will be overlapping with GMT and EST business hours. Only the residents of LAHORE shall apply.
