Key Responsibilities:

 

This is a varied role, including (but not limited to) the following:

  • A solid understanding of the Tech industry, the roles within it and the stages a project will pass through.
  • Must be able to write Quality Bids on Upwork/Fiver and like platforms.
  • Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  • Acquiring business through different platforms for Development.
  • Experience with Quality project selection and bidding.
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client, and closure.
  • Proficient in Email Marketing & Lead Generation Eco System.
  • Initiate, respond to and follow up on, sales inquiries via email, telephone, etc.
  • Create and build relationships with our clients, looking to foster trust and in turn deliver better conversion rates and repeat business.
  • To have a personable style to your engagement with clients and when representing the company.
  • Maintain and develop customer and prospect data within our CRM, track deals through all stages and ensure accurate records are kept.
  • Report on sales and financial data to company directors. Within these meetings, we’d develop and optimize your KPIs, working together in setting targets that are achievable and aligned with a bigger picture - how we should be reaching out to prospects as a company and what we’d hope to get back over time.

  • Degree-Level education
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable with cloud-based and native apps like Google Docs, Excel, etc
  • 2 years+ experience within a Tech company in a B2B sales capacity.
