Responsibilities:

Become a bridge between the Client and Company Resources .
Work with placement regarding building resumes of resources .
Understand the services offered and pitch them to the client .
Work closely with different departments such as Business Development,Sales, Tech Support, HR, Finance and other Technical teams to ensure smooth processes.
Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth .
Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes .

Requirements:

Must have Bachelor's degree ·
Experience in Client dealing
Possess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
