As a lead generation agent, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our company.

You will play a vital role in our sales and marketing efforts by generating interest and gathering information from prospective customers.
Your primary objective will be to engage with individuals or businesses who may have an interest in our products/services and convert them into qualified leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
Utilize various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to reach out to prospects and initiate conversations.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and budgetary capabilities.
Educate prospects about our products/services and explain their benefits.
Collect and document relevant information, including contact details, preferences, and requirements of leads.
Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress using CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and other lead management tools.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new lead-generation techniques.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
