JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Who will lead and influence our organization towards favorable growth, and to design and direct strategies that support and enhance our organizational operations.
- The Director will manage company assets, optimize financial operations, provide leadership to all staff, establish business goals, oversee, and streamline daily operations, improve staff performance, and execute special business projects.
- Plan, organize, direct, and controlled company operations by integrating and coordinating operations functions and processes with business goals.
- Maintain profitable operations by controlling inventory, losses, accidents, and safety, etc.
- Seek synergies and best practices to develop and implement new methods to improve productivity or improve customer service.
- Delegate responsibility to all other managers is to accomplish productivity goals as well as enforce company policies on safety and employee discipline by following guidelines, communicate changes to the workforce also oversee the work and performance of all managers.
- Create performance improvement plans, administer discipline, and identify training opportunities when appropriate. (Other duties assigned by CEO.)
RELATED EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years of operations experience, various job functions in the dairy / food industry.
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience.
