A genuine passion for barbecue food, and overall grill food experience.
Previous experience in bbq cooking over a char grill is an advantage.
2 + years of proven kitchen experience will be an added advantage.
Performs preparatory work such as cutting meat, skewering meat, mixing sauces among others.
Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Working to standards and recipes.
Advanced understanding & appreciation of all aspects of food & its service.
Flawless presentation of food, hygiene & standards.
Check that ingredient remain fresh and safe for consumption. Preventing cross-contamination.

Two products – the chocolate fudge cake and our signature cheese cake were an instant hit – becoming our claim to fame. We currently operate three restaurants under the KC Grill brand name, with additional restaurants in the pipeline. We are also the leading In-Flight Catering services provider in Pakistan, currently operating from Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad and Sialkot Airports. We are also extending our business arma in Event Catering, Frozen Foods, and our "KC on the Go" outlets at leading Petrol stations in different cities.
