Job Summary:An Assistant manager will support managers to devise plans for team development to improve the business performance. They will work collaboratively to build and maintain a strong relationship with the team members.

Job Description:

To ensure effective implementation of reporting, analysis and policies of departmental needs.
Ensure to provide visibility to all stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress of the team.
Keeping the management up to date on the performance against key deliverables of the team.
Develop performance metrics and review Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly KPIs of the team.
Build strategic goals for team development and training needs.
Optimizes internal workflows to increase speed and efficiency. Prioritizes tasks to ensure increased productivity and project management.
Provide all the relevant updates consistently to various stakeholders.

Required skills:
