You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of printing on our capsules. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain offset printing machines, contributing to the overall efficiency of our production process. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on printing experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate Printing Machinery:
- Set up and operate offset printing machines to print on empty hard gelatine capsules.
- Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure accurate and consistent printing.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks on printed capsules to ensure adherence to specified standards.
- Address and rectify any printing issues promptly to maintain production efficiency.
Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel for more complex repairs when required.
Ink and Material Management:
- Monitor ink levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Manage the inventory of printing materials and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to printing operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating offset printing machines.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect and address printing irregularities.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for basic machine maintenance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on meeting production targets.
Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing production schedules.
