As a member of our IT Operations team you will :

Inform and support the day to day tactics of the team, leverage data-driven metrics from identification to resolution of facility impacting production issues
Support initiatives relating to Building Operations, Supply Chain and/or Corporate IT.
You are also an effective communicator who excels at developing and retaining top talent.
Support & develop a team of IT professionals to meet any facility, supply chain or corporate objectives requiring IT Operations involvement.
Support the team as they Identify, Triage, Diagnose, Mitigate & Resolve Production Issues Support and/or provide Data Led solutions for operational workarounds of facility or IT Operations processes including production issues
Effectively Communicate in a user-friendly terminology that ensures others’ understanding of hardware / software issues, new initiatives and process changes
Support the facility to ensure that it’s up to date on all hardware / software releases and is in line with IT Operations and Corporate IT standards
Identify, Purchase, Configure, Deploy & Maintain workstations (PC’s, Laptops, etc), Servers, RF Equipment (Handheld Scanners, Printers, Phones & Radios) & Printers for reports, labels and tickets (Printronix, Monarch, Kyocera, Zebra) throughout the facility Create and Maintain manuals (knowledge base) for System Training, Troubleshooting guide(s), Disaster Recovery and more Only people living in Hyderabad apply for this job.
