1. Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, conferences, tradeshows, and digital media outreach.
  2. Staying updates on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in business development to contribute to innovative ideas and business strategy.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationship with key customers, understanding their business needs and addressing their concerns. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  4. Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  5. Assisting in sales activities such as preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts, as well as coordinating meetings and follow-ups.
  6. Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  7. Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  8. Report on a monthly basis on revenue progress, pipeline reports, strategic opportunities, threats and recommend action plans.
  9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development activities.
  10. Ensure Interconnect Solutions brand and corporate values are evident to the customer at all times.
  11. Perform any additional task assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
