Receptionist / Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and take messages
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Managing record of Customer Complaints
- Distribution of Customer Complaints
- Assisting Clients for in-Time Solution / response
- Respond to emails
- Manage mail correspondence
- Greet clients and visitors
- Help maintain office calendar
- Assist with invoicing
- Perform data entry and filing tasks
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
- Management of files
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
