Role and Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits as well as maintain an active, healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Reaching out to potential customers with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth and support the existing customer base
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Report about sale progress, future opportunities and coordinate workings in weekly meetings.
  • Aggressively chase Sales Target and work for shared vision.
  • Plan, carry out and execute offline marketing activities to create awareness about the company and its product offerings
  • Develop good relationship with customers and get market information.
  • On-call and on-site technical support to existing customers.
  • Installation & Commissioning of various equipment (Candidates will get training first)

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Fields.
  • Experience working in high-growth B2B sales (customer-facing end-to-end sales)
  • Excellent technical skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Technical Service or Sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization internally and externally
  • Client-centered, with a desire to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
