To join our team, we are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager. As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, grow our brand, and boost our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement social media strategies that increase engagement, brand growth, and online visibility.
Create and share compelling social media content (text, image, and video) on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat platforms.
Monitor and manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Analyze social media performance and tweak strategies to achieve better results.
Collaboration with the marketing team ensures that social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
Work with other departments to stay current on company news and events and to create relevant social media content.
Keep up with the latest social media trends and technologies.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a closely related field is required.
5+ years of experience managing social media.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current trends.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A creative mindset and the ability to generate new ideas are needed.
