We are hiring a professional and experienced Executive Secretary to join our team! If you have strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, we would love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take dictation in shorthand and draft official/legal letters 
  • Draft and send letters to companies we deal with 
  • Take notes in meetings and prepare detailed minutes 
  • Draft board meeting minutes, general meeting notices, and SOPs 
  • Ensure timely circulation and implementation of SOPs and office orders 
  • Handle regulatory and compliance-related legal letters 
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate tasks 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets 
  • Archive and maintain company records efficiently 
  • Conduct strong follow-ups on assigned tasks 
  • Perform data entry and document digitization

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Fast typing speed with shorthand skills 
  • Strong research and analytical skills 
  • Attention to detail & 100% error-free content

Job Type & Salary:

Salary: Rs 60,000 - Rs 90,000 per month
